Maria grew up in Moscow in the 70's, where
she acquired a classical art education in drawing
and sculpting.
At the age of 24, with a little baby and a lot of hope,
Maria left her homeland to move to Israel. There
she quickly became a wild success story as the lead
puppet builder for various TV productions.
Maria developed most of her techniques by herself.
She used her instincts and creative eye to combine
new technologies with classic methods.
Today, she splits her time between Israel, Europe
and New York, constantly working on new projects,
often during transatlantic flights.
